Love and Light Kids Yoga offers yoga for children of all ages.

Little Yogi Yoga Classes
These classes are designed for children ages 3–7 and are typically 45–60 minutes in length. Children are introduced to mindful breathing techniques and foundational yoga poses, often enhanced with music to create an engaging and enjoyable experience.
Big Yogi Yoga Classes
Designed for children ages 7–10, these 1-hour classes teach students to calm their minds and bodies through mindful breathing and mantras. They explore yoga poses inspired by songs and literature, and each session concludes with a guided meditation to promote focus, relaxation and self-awareness
Super Yogi Yoga Classes
Teen Yoga is designed for adolescents ages 11 and up. Classes run 1–1.5 hours and follow a format similar to adult yoga, beginning with grounding breathwork and flowing through sun salutations and more advanced asana. Students incorporate affirmation cards and gemstones to set intentions, cultivating focus, mindfulness, and personal growth both on and off the mat.
